- Manage all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integration
- Lead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managers
- Monitor progress against programme, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support commercial teams with variations, valuations, and progress reports
- Minimum 10+ years' experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Lead
- Proven experience on data centre, high-tech, or industrial projects
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, LV/MV, BMS, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English essential; Dutch language skills highly desirable
- EU passport or valid Dutch work permit required

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and public health elements on a major data centre project in The Netherlands. This is a technically complex and fast-paced build, requiring a strong leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical systems and high-quality delivery.
Working for a global construction contractor, you'll play a key role in managing subcontractors, interfacing with design teams, and ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
