Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Amsterdam, Netherlands | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Flexible

Our client, a leading innovator in the audit and finance automation space, is scaling fast and expanding its Customer Success team. They're on the hunt for a strategic and ambitious Enterprise Customer Success Manager to take ownership of some of their most high-profile global accounts.

The Role

As an Enterprise CSM, you'll be at the heart of our client's engagement with key global customers in the accounting industry. Your mission: drive value, boost customer success, and uncover new opportunities to help clients make the most of the platform. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape a scalable, strategic CS approach.

What You'll Be Doing

Enterprise Account Ownership: Create tailored success plans and strategies for enterprise clients to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Relationship Management: Develop strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders. Understand their goals, pain points, and strategic priorities.
Growth & Expansion: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and GTM teams to bring added value to every interaction.
Customer Advocacy: Turn satisfied customers into champions. Help build case studies, referrals, and a network of advocates.
Operational Excellence: Contribute to process improvements across the CS organization, driving efficiency and impact at scale.

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, working with enterprise clients in SaaS or tech
Proven ability to manage global, complex stakeholder environments
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in executive-level conversations
Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Familiarity with the B2B software landscape and a genuine curiosity for the finance/audit sector
Full professional proficiency in English
