THE ROLE:


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


As the Manager Business Systems, your job entails:

  • Conducting feasibility studies and assessments to determine the viability of implementing new business systems or enhancing existing ones.
  • Managing the integration of different business systems to enhance efficiency and to streamline business processes and data flow across Damen Naval.
  • Ensuring that Damen Naval its business systems comply with security standards and regulations.
  • Implementing and enforcing security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and information.
  • Developing and managing the IT budget for business systems, ensuring costeffectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Ensuring that Damen Naval its business systems comply with security standards and regulations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

As the Manager Business Systems, you need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT business system management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or similar technical study.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, services, and regulations.
  • Good command of the English, and preferably also Dutch language (written & verbal).
  • Excellent antecedents as a preemployment security screening and investigation are a part of the recruitment procedure (given the military nature of our projects).
