- Het checken van de planning, coördineren en geven van ondersteuning aan het onderhanden werk.
- Het vaststellen en aanpassen van de werkplanning en werkorders.
- Het juist uitvoeren van (pre) outfitwerkzaamheden (zoals installatie van fundaties, luchtkokers, isolatie, inbouwen van interieur en schilderwerk) door onderaannemers en de installatie afdeling.
- Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor steigerbouw en overige ondersteunende diensten.
- Jouw doel is om een volledig getest, geinspecteerd en goedgekeurd schip op te leveren.
- HBO werk- en denk niveau in de richting van scheepsbouw of mechanical engineering.
- Meerdere jaren werkervaring in gerelateerde industrie of met de afbouw van schepen.
- Je spreekt zowel Engels als Nederlands.
- Je bent bereid op diverse locaties te werken (regio Rotterdam) en indien nodig soms enige tijd in het buitenland.
- Je kan mee op proefvaarten waardoor je soms enkele dagen van huis bent.
- Een bruto maand salaris tussen €3885 en € % vakantiebijslag.
- Goede werk/prive balans met 40 vakantiedagen (waarvan 13 ADV dagen) met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van verlof.
- Daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer en een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,- per dag.
- Je krijgt korting op de aanvullende zorgverzekering van VGZen winstdelingsregeling.
- Een middelloon pensioenregeling via PME waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.

- Je krijgt een opleidingsbudget van €1500,- per drie jaar. We beschikken over onze eigen 'IHC Academy' met meer dan externe) trainingen.

Voor onze locatie in Krimpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Productie Coordinator.
De functie van Productie Coordinator Outfit & Commissioning is een dynamische functie. Je hebt namelijk een coördinerende rol tussen meerdere interne en externe partijen die betrokken zijn bij het bouwen van een nieuw schip. Jij hebt een sleutelrol in het coördineren van de agenda's en activiteiten van verschillende partijen. Jij bent het grootste deel van de dag aan boord van het te bouwen schip als aanspreekpunt voor diverse zaken en praktische vragen. Kortom een hele mooie functie die theorie en praktijk bij elkaar brengt.
