    Key Responsibilities:

    Have a deep understanding of key business dynamics and customers' needs as well as full visibility over Therapeutical Area strategies, data infrastructure and sources.

    Design and implement the Data Strategy for the Value Access Solution team that will allow the team to monitor and achieve commercial excellence and rational decision making:
    You will do the previous while defining KPIs to measure impact, productivity and efficiency.

    With the construction and implementation of new solutions and tools that assist the team members and the management team to easily comprehend the data, such as dashboards, statistics, tools, reports.

    Acing as a bridge between the Customer Data & Analytics team to ensure and appropriate data flow and data quality, and driving mindsets change to adopt new ways of working as a culture shift.

    Lead the delivery of multiple projects, developing and coordinating project plans across the design, development and production stages to ensure successful impact of the Value Access Solution Team.

    Analyze data to track performance, providing recommendations, improvements, and actionable insights to increase impact and efficiency.

    Provide support to the business team in the day to day activity (team structure, reporting) as well as in the end to end management process (setting objectives, monitor results, customer segmentation, incentives plan).Play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless collaboration among diverse stakeholders, facilitating communication, aligning objectives and ensuring all parties are engaged and informed through the project lifecycle.


    Essential requirements:
    University degree (scientific, life sciences, economics or business degree) or relevant studies.

    At least 3 years' experience in commercial excellence, consultancy, business intelligence or similar positions with a proven record of delivering results.

    Demonstrable experience in cross-functional strategic projects related to data.

    Good analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and those insights into strategic recommendations which will help achieve business goals.

    Solid grasp in Excel and business intelligence tools (Qlink, Power BI).Be highly adept at building strong business relationships across multiple levels and divisions.

    Business engagement, facilitation and influencing skills. Strong capability in structured problem solving, storyboarding and guiding the supporting analysisExcellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills.
    Fluent speaker of Spanish and English languages.
