    Job Description

    Together with your hosting talents, you will enrich the stay of our guests. In addition to coordinating and leading the bar and breakfast team, you will take care of:

    • Creation of duty and vacation plans
    • Support and advice for guests in the Motel One Lounge as well as all related tasks
    • Responsible for achieving the sales budget in the Motel One Lounge Ensuring a smooth and fast service process and implementing the Motel One service concept "One Smile"
    • Carrying out internal coaching, cross-training and planning training courses for the further development of service employees
    • Ordering food, beverages and spirits and conducting end-of-month inventories
