As Quality & Return technician you provide 2nd line Material Quality support for Service Hub production and you are the single point of contact for Material Quality related questions.

You manage the material return process to our suppliers and execute stock purges based on disturbance analysis and feedback from internal and external Suppliers.

The Quality & Return Support team works according to the issue resolution process with regard to:

Performing Material Review Board (analysis and solving production disturbances for moderate and complex issues);
Creation, execution and implementation of Issue Resolution Management (IRM) to assure that issues are structurally addressed (including Corrective and Preventive actions);
Defect on Arrival parts Root Cause Analysis, administration and reporting;
Customer Quality Notifications Root Cause Analysis, administration and reporting;
KPI reporting
