Job Summary
We zoeken voor uitbreiding in onze Office/Retail/Hotel portefeuilles een technical facility assistant waarbij je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht.Jouw taken bestaan uit het regelen dat alle facilitaire en technische werkzaamheden worden opgepakt en uitgevoerd in de gebouwen die wij namens onze opdrachtgevers beheren.
Jij gaat werken voor de afdeling Asset Services bij Retail of Offices. Het is een fijne job met hybride werkzaamheden die jou veel ruimte geven om jouw verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Als nieuwe collega wordt je ingewerkt door ervaren collega's zodat jij snel (vakinhoudelijke) kennis kunt opbouwen. Jezelf ontwikkelen binnen de meest toonaangevende vastgoedadviseur? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo opleiding.
- Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week.
