This internship is focused on two teams: Talent Acquisition team and People and Organizational Development. On one hand, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting new talent and giving that talent the best candidate experiences possible. On the other hand, the People and Organizational Development team focuses on training, onboarding and the unique Rituals culture within Rituals. This internship is the perfect opportunity to put the theory of your education into practice in an international and fast-paced environment.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the talent acquisition team at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for the recruitment of our Head Office talents. You will provide support to the talent acquisition team by helping to plan job interviews, liaising with (potential) candidates and attend job interviews so you gain insight in the entire recruitment process. Other than that, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for interns and will help the team with on-going projects such as campus recruitment events, candidate experience, data driven recruitment and employer branding. In addition, you will assist the People & Organization Development team with e.g. organising monthly onboarding, our global training offer, and support other development programs. As a fully-fledged colleague and team member you interact with stakeholders from different departments and we always appreciate your input and creativity. This internship ensures that you get a good impression of the corporate recruitment side of Rituals. Since you will also attend and organize events, this internship will offer you a lot of variety and the opportunity to learn a lot.

YOUR PROFILE

• HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome).
• You are ready for an internship for four to five days (5 or 6 months) in an international environment, starting in September 2024.
• You are a strong communicator and must be fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You are a entrepreneurial, proactive and analytical personality with a hands-on mentality.
