- As a member of the Global HR Management team, be a strong partner & thought leader in developing the long-term Global HR strategy and plans.
- Develop and implement the future global HR operations strategy together with your management team aligned to the overarching Global HR strategy
- Lead the Global HR Operations & Services Team consisting of 5 functional pillars; Global HR Operations, Global HR Process Excellence, HR Analytics & data, HR project portfolio management and Global HR Process ownership
- Functionally be responsible for our digital HR landscape, requiring close collaboration with our Business Technology team who are the central budget holders of all Rituals technology.
- Represent HR Operations & Services in the global HR management team and act as enterprise leader.
- Lead global HR transformation and day to day operations processes & systems, optimize end to end processes, and ensure one way of working to align with the Rituals strategy
- Ensure alignment and smooth cooperation with global payroll operations and local compliance with legislation
- Partner with global / regional HR Operations teams as well as with our Business Technology, Accounting, Payroll and Business Control teams to align ways of working, systems and reporting
- Establish key operational metrics and reporting tools and partner with your HR MT counterparts and HR Market Leads to develop an HR Services dashboard and key performance metrics
- Develop and implement project plans (such as HR service delivery/HR processes)
- Integrate HR digital developments, service, advise & operations into HR operations ensuring alignment of the Digital & physical Employee journey
- Analyze HR service effectiveness, deliver workforce insights and analytics & structural reporting
- You are part of the HR MT and you report directly into the Global HR Director
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
- You have at least a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience; whereby you have proven expertise and capability in transformation/HR service delivery modelBroad, in depth experience within the HR Operations & Services and HR digital fields
- Demonstrated capability to deliver large and/or complex HR digital projects as well as Operations and HR service deliveries
- Fast growing retail environment is for you close to your heart, you are a frontline thinker
- Strong team leader. People management of large team (> 25 employees)
- Knowledge of GDPR, HR Governance, Legislation
- A strong and compelling point of view around HR Operations, Digital HR transformation and Employee centered HR
- Experienced in driving an Operational Excellence and process optimization culture
- You are an analytical & strategic thinker, innovative, bold, and not scared of challenging the status quo yet humble and service minded when needed.

The Director HR operations & Services plays a key leadership role in the global HR transformation to develop a central HR Operations & Service model to ensure continuity, efficiency, and scalability.
Setting a long-term strategy, key initiatives, and projects that you lead and manage with your team. You ensure continous improvement of our global core HR operations & services processes and systems in support of the employee life-cycle. You and your team ensure alignment to the key priorities globally on systems, data and insights, resulting in a compliant administration cycle that lead to a perfect and meaningful employee experience.
