    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of capital equipment in complex projects with significant engineering content.

    In this role, you will assist in managing all technical aspects of the project, including scope control, documentation submissions, and identifying variations to work scope.

    The Junior Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members, representing the company to both internal and external clients as a focal point for engineering schedule, technical interface, and quality matters.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist technical sales in defining concept solutions including planning, work break down, architecture, system calculations/verifications, and technical scope of supply.
    • Support the execution of the engineering scope, goals, and deliverables as defined in the contract, and in compliance with company requirements.
    • Help develop & maintain engineering schedule and progress in cooperation with Project Planner.
    • Assist in coordinating allocation of resources with the CHES department manager.
    • Support the management of the electrical, automation, and hydraulics engineering team.
    • Work with the Product Coordinator to ensure project IP protection.
    • Assist in coaching and developing Project Team members in alignment with team lead / line manager.

    Skills, Training or Special Knowledge:

    Essential:


    • BSc degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Basic managerial skills and the desire to lead a multi-disciplinary Electrical And automation engineering team in the future.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
    • Familiarity with EPLAN P8, AutoCAD, Matlab Simulink.
    • Basic knowledge of the rules of classification societies.

    Desirable:


    • Familiarity with Microsoft Projects.
    • Dutch language skills.
    • Experience with design verification tools like Matlab Simulink Simpowersystems, ETAP or SKM Powertools.
