Solutions Consultant – Sceptr (Utrecht, NL)

Are you a technically curious, customer-focused professional? Join Sceptr as a
Solutions Consultant
and play a key role in shaping how organisations adopt, implement, and benefit from our observability and monitoring solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative, growing team based in Utrecht, working at the intersection of technology, sales and delivery.

What you'll do:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers, building strong relationships and supporting them throughout the pre-sales and implementation journey.

• Work closely with the Sales team to support new business opportunities from a technical perspective.

• Present our solution, features and capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and trainings.

• Lead and drive Proof of Concepts with partners and customers, helping turn evaluations into revenue.

• Design solutions based on customer needs and strategic requirements.

• Provide technical consultancy during implementations and advise on complex enterprise environments.

• Use your networking, SD-WAN, SASE and monitoring knowledge to integrate technologies in a vendor-agnostic way.

• Collaborate with R&D and other internal teams to influence product roadmap and improvements.

You bring:

• Strong industry and technical knowledge with a solution-driven mindset.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise network and application environments.

• Hands-on experience with networking technologies (e.g., WAN, SD-WAN, SASE), TCP/IP concepts, routing and switching.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (and Dutch).

• A proactive attitude, energy, curiosity and ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.

• 5–10+ years of experience in a technical consulting or senior network engineering role.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and residency in the Netherlands.
