- Op professionele wijze Fresenius vertegenwoordigen bij de klant / thuispatiënt
- Zorgdragen voor een nette behandeling van de toestellen bij ophalen en wegbrengen
- Op aanvraag van de Inhouse Technician / planner / hotline zorgdragen voor leveringen van reserve onderdelen of systemen aan ziekenhuizen en klinieken.
- Uitlevering van huurmachines aan ziekenhuizen en klinieken
- Uitpakken van zendingen en verdelen van service onderdelen naar technici
- Klaarmaken van uitgaande zendingen; inpakken en adresseren
- Beheer van afvalstromen; zorgen voor tijdig afvoeren en/of ophalen van afval, waaronder verpakkingsmaterialen, karton en elektronisch afval
- Opruimen van magazijn en kantoor
- Zorgdragen voor een correcte afhandeling van de administratie/leverbonnen
- Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van de data in de systemen door proactief te acteren op afwijkingen met betrekking tot actuele situatie in het veld
- Administratieve taken met betrekking tot leveringen van onderdelen en systemen op Fresenius locaties
- Verwerken van de mutaties in SAP.
- Minimaal afgeronde MBO opleiding, richting administratie/logistiek
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift)
- In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B
