Wie zijn wij?

De M.S.S. International ontwikkelt en produceert in eigen beheer complete sanitaire oplossingen die veelal ingezet worden als tijdelijke voorziening op uiteenlopende locaties. Daarnaast hebben wij klant-specifieke projecten (specials) voor, onder andere, hospitality en health care organisaties.

We zijn ontstaan vanuit Van Overbeek Sanitair, binnen Europa toonaangevend en marktleider op het gebied van verhuurvan mobiel, hoogkwalitatief, water gespoeld sanitair. Inmiddels werkt MSS-I zelfstandig, het bedrijf en ons klantenbestand groeien hard. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die mee kan denken met de engineers, met affiniteit op design vlak, die de collega's van de assemblage op coachende wijze mee kan aansturen. Door slimmer te werken, maar ook door het goede voorbeeld te geven en de mouwen op te stropen, als deadlines in het gedrang komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Engineer ben je een belangrijke speler in het gehele proces, van offerte tot levering. Je bent werkzaam op onze vestiging in Boxtel en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlot lopend assemblageproces en een goeie teamspirit.

Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het assemblageproces, maakt de planning en geeft, in samenspraak met de meewerkend voorman sturing geven aan het team. Problemen signaleer je tijdig, waar mogelijk voer je technische verbeteringen door i.s.m. technisch tekenaar.

Jij bent projectverantwoordelijke voor de uitvoering van 'special projects' en hebt in dat opzicht ook een commerciële rol. Je stemt de productspecificaties af met de klant, stelt offertes mee op en zorgt voor de opvolging hiervan. Ook het bezoek aan beurzen, om nieuwe markten te ontginnen, behoort tot je werkzaamheden. Dat doe je samen met de directie.

Jij hebt hét

Om deze functie goed en met plezier uit te kunnen voeren is het belangrijk dat je een afgeronde technische HBO-opleiding hebt Werktuigbouwkunde ligt het meest voor de hand.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een technische werkomgeving en kunt overweg met SolidWorks. Bovendien ben je op de hoogte van innovaties binnen techniek, die we toe kunnen passen voor toekomstige producten en concepten.

Klanten zitten in binnen- en buitenland, daarom is goede kennis van de Engelse taal ook van belang. Tevens dien je voor deze functie te beschikken over een flexibele instelling om alle taken in goede banen te leiden en een helicopterview om alles te overzien.
