Job summary
The Resident Aide provides quality resident-directed care and services to residents in a home-like environment. He/she assists with activities of daily living, administers medications, updates and maintains records and documents related to residents.Responsibilities
- Utilize the resident service plan and resident story to provide personalized and appropriate care for each resident.
- Assist with personal care, ambulation, transfers, and positioning as needed while maintaining the privacy, comfort and dignity of each resident.
