De afdeling Business Control maakt deel uit van het team Financiën en Control en heeft een cruciale rol bij het opstellen van plannings- en controle-documenten zoals de begroting, managementrapportages en jaarrekening. Daarnaast voorziet de afdeling Business Control het management en bestuur van professioneel advies over financiële en bedrijfseconomische aspecten van beleidsvoorstellen.
Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten 4 hoofdtaken (advies/beleidsontwikkeling/procesbewaking en regievoering/relatiebeheer):
Advies
Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de directie en managers met betrekking tot bedrijfsvoering en samenwerkingsverbanden.
Je houdt toezicht op, rapporteert over en adviseert de managers en de manager Financiën & Control over de bedrijfsvoering van de organisatie.
Je adviseert het management over vraagstukken met betrekking tot financieel en niet-financieel beleid en veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving.
Beleidsontwikkeling
Je levert inhoudelijke input voor de (meerjaren)begroting en werkt dit uit.
Je vertaalt de meerjarenprognose naar een jaarbegroting, waarbij je aandacht besteedt aan (toekomstige) interne en externe risico's en rapporteert hierover.
Je genereert delen van concernbrede periodieke rapportages over de totale bedrijfsvoering en delen van de concernbrede jaarbegroting.
Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van prognosecijfers op concern-, directie- en/of afdelingsniveau.
Procesbewaking en regievoeren
Je beoordeelt en evalueert het vastgestelde beleid en jaarplan van de organisatie.
Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor een effectieve PDCA-cyclus (begroting, managementrapportages, kansen, en risicoanalyse) op concern-, directie- en afdelingsniveau.
Je biedt inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij het opstellen van de jaarrekening.
Relatiebeheer
Je onderhoudt contact met het management omtrent beleidsontwikkelingen en prestaties.
Je hebt contact met andere adviseurs (HR, IT, enz.) voor een holistische kijk op bedrijfsvoering.
Je onderhoudt contact met de Concern Controller over risicomanagement en met de Financial Control over financieel beheer en -beleid.
