- facilitating the analysis of recurring technical faults and breakdowns to identify root causes: technical, behavioral, organizational (RCA department/discipline cross-cutting)
- reporting and analyzing Cost Drivers (chain costs)/Performance Losses at line or machinery level, aiming to eliminate maintenance sensitivity causes and deviations
- initiating, facilitating, and advising improvement teams to enhance installation performance and reliability
- ensuring structural improvement by developing a yearly plan of improvement projects, aligning task formulations, conducting research questions, and devising an action plan
- establishing KPIs in collaboration with the Technical Manager to monitor the realization of maintenance objectives
- advising as a Reliability Engineer on maintenance contracts such as leases, SLAs, and 24-hour service, and closing these contracts
- a completed HBO or WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Technical Business Administration, or a related field
- knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control and regulatory systems, safety regulations, administrative regulations, and procedures
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle stress
- demonstrable knowledge and experience in developing maintenance plans and concepts
- as a Reliability Engineer, knowledge and experience in formulating and evaluating RAMS/LCC, FMECA, RCA, and TCO concepts
- demonstrable knowledge and experience in asset management
- Fluency in Dutch is essential, with proficiency in English as a valuable addition.
