- Drive sales of high-performance Pathology/Genomics end-to-end workflows, comprising consumables, capital equipment, services, and software for various applications.
- Proactively search for and close new opportunities in existing and new accounts.
- Efficiently manage a funnel of leads and opportunities in CRM, providing accurate monthly sales forecasts and territory narratives.
- Create and implement a robust territory business plan to enhance Agilent's market share and achieve sales targets in the region.
- Collaborate with the Market Specialist and Field Marketing team to coordinate regional promotions and awareness events like workshops and seminars.
- Deliver product presentations and instrument demonstrations with and without Market Specialist and Customer and Field Applications Scientist assistance.
- Offer valuable customer feedback to guide the ongoing development of innovative products addressing evolving customer needs.
- Grasp Pathology & Genomics applications in Healthcare Diagnostics, Molecular, and Companion Diagnostics, and comprehend trends influencing Agilent product purchases.
- Cultivate and sustain strategic customer relationships.
- Engage actively in regional discussion groups and forums.
- Profound understanding of Cancer Diagnostics or Clinical Genomics space.
- Proven sales experience in successfully selling Pathology or Genomics reagent portfolios and capital equipment in clinical and molecular pathology, genetics.
- Experience in selling In Vitro Diagnostics (IVDs) to hospital and/or reference laboratories is desirable.
- Industry/Application expertise with knowledge of competitive products.
- Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels for internal/external customers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated with excellent self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-selling environment to attain territory sales goals.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

The Diagnostic and Genomics Group (DGG) is on the lookout for a seasoned, passionate, self-driven, and people-centric individual to join our thriving and dynamic team as a HDx (health care diagnostics) Account Manager.
As an HDx Account Manager, your role will involve boosting sales of both research and clinical pathology & genomics reagents, instrumentation, services, and software within the designated geography. Being an essential team member, you will leverage your stellar technical sales record to focus on acquiring new customers while nurturing the existing customer base. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing successful strategies to sell comprehensive Pathology/Genomics workflow solutions throughout the Clinical continuum.

BS/MS/PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
