    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Are you passionate team player with a love for artisanal treats? Join the dynamic team in Scherpenzeel as a Baker Operator where you'll be part of a crew producing delicious cookies. Your main tasks will include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to ensure smooth production flow. With a background in process technology or bakery, and willingness to work in a 3-shift system for 36 hours a week, this is the place to let your talents shine.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate the production line with a team of 9 bakers.
    • Process raw materials, dose dough and fillings, and operate machines.
    • Solve minor issues independently and involve Technical Support if needed.
    • Adjust and set up machines for different products.
    • Perform quality checks and maintain clean production lines.

    • Gross monthly salary between €2950 and €3850 including 20% shift allowance.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Passion for traditional recipes and artisanal methods.
    • Flexibility for 3-shift work.
    • Ability to lift heavy ingredient bags.
    • Proactive approach to improve production line and team dynamics.
    • Procestechniek or bakery diploma required, TPM or WCM knowledge is a plus.
