Voor de Fokus Wonen locatie Den Bosch wordt er zorg geboden die het mogelijk maakt om in alle vrijheid te wonen. De cliënten wonen zelfstandig en houden zelf de regie. Om deze zelfstandigheid te kunnen behouden hebben ze nog wel de juiste zorg nodig. Ben jij dienstverlenend ingesteld en wil jij graag bekenisvol werk uitvoeren? Lees dan vlug verder
Als ADL Assistent speel jij een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van cliënten bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten.
Ben jij een echte aanpakker, met een positieve instelling en help je graag anderen mensen? Vind jij het niet erg om in wisselende diensten te werken. Dit houd o.a. in nachtdiensten, avonddiensten en weekenddiensten. Als ADL assistent help je bij ADL taken zoals wassen, douchen, toiletgang en aankleden.
Het Fokusproject Den Bosch telt vijftien woningen. De woningen liggen in een redelijk drukke volksbuurt net buiten Den Bosch. Het natuur- en recreatiegebied 'Engelermeer' is in de directe omgeving. Op 500 meter ligt een groot winkelcentrum. Na een positief kennismakinggesprek krijg je vanuit Fokus wonen een 2/4 daagse cursus aangeboden afhankelijk van je zorg ervaring. Daanaast krijg je inwerkdagen afhankelijk van je ervaring. Na deze 2/4 daagse cursus ga je in de praktijk aan de slag en volg je nog verdiepende terugkomdagen.
24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week kunnen kunnen clienten zorg vragen. De Fokuswoning is via een alarm systeem rechtstreeks verbonden met de nabijgelegen ADL-eenheid.
Belangrijk om te weten is dat de cliënten die bij Fokus wonen een fysieke beperking hebben, het zijn dan ook volwassenen van alle leeftijden. Fokus Wonen is gebouwd op de visie van eigen regie voor de cliënt, waardoor je als ADL assistent werkt op aanwijzing.
