- Set an ambitious and clear strategy for PPA/assortment optimization within RGM.
- Develop a blueprint and playbook for PPA routines, tailored by market maturity.
- Lead implementation of routines in key markets, customizing them to specific market contexts.
- Design and lead the development of dashboards and digital tools for the specific routines in partnership with the analytics team.
- RGM Strategy:
- Integrate RGM strategy in the annual business cycle.
- Consolidate/track RGM long-term initiatives.
- Support cross-market initiatives to ensure strategic alignment.
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, or a technical discipline required; MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years Tier 1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with exposure to multinational CPGs. Alternatively, 7-10 years of RGM experience with exposure to PPA and commercial strategy.
- Understanding of RGM foundations.
- Financial acumen.
