- Coaching with regard to career planning, education and training possibilities
- Monitor projects on budget, progress and quality
- Manplanning, resourcing and hiring/acquiring new personnel
- Bsc or Msc
- Dutch speaking
- Worked for engineering company for at least years
- Experienced in Greenfield lumpsum projects
- Minimum years experience in Instrumentation FEED, Basic and detailed engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Instrumentation engineering teams during detailed engineering
- Experience with international clients and different cultures
- Excellent communication skills and editing skills
- Solution-oriënted attitude
- "Well-developed sense of responsibility"
- Experienced in Automation, Telecommunication, F&G and functional safety
- Experienced with offshore platform design
- Experienced with HV substations design
