- You have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably as an Intermediary, Recruiter, or in sales (preferably experience in the temporary employment industry & holding a SEU certificate).
- You have a driver's license B.
- Available 32-40 hours per week (preferably 40 hours).
- Proficiency in Dutch
- Salary between €2,650 to €3,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours and depending on your experience).
- Potential to receive a permanent contract directly.

Your responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter, you are the face of our clients. You regularly visit them to provide advice and evaluations. You have discussions with candidates, understand their needs, and do everything possible to make the perfect match. Your sales skills also help in attracting new companies to us.
You work closely with Merel, the branch manager, to achieve our commercial goals. You efficiently allocate daily tasks and always maintain an overview. In addition, you coach your colleagues, provide leadership, and ensure everyone remains motivated.
Organization and Department Description
In Roosendaal, we form a close-knit and friendly team consisting of Daphne, Danny, and Merel. We work hard but also enjoy plenty of fun. We find joy in our client base, interesting candidates, and the growth of the new office. We ensure you quickly become familiar with our systems and unique working methods.
