    Qualifications:

    The Supply Chain Foundation Program (SCFP) is a two-year, early-career rotation program designed to develop future leaders. It offers a breadth and depth of experience gained from a variety of experiences in supply chain roles, community of excellence, and cross-function roles, mentoring partnerships, and targeted, formal development opportunities. Rotators complete a series of four, six-month rotations. SCFP is open to internal supply chain employees, with a minimum of 9 months of Boeing experience. Seeking candidates that embody a customer and growth mindset, strategic and analytic skills, collaboration and adaptability.

    For the purposes of posting this requisition, we have listed Bristol, UK as the primary location. However, participants will remain in their current work location once joining the program.

    Application Requirements:

    Once we receive your submission and deemed eligible for the program, you will receive a separate application form to complete. The process requires your manager's endorsement which will be sent automatically as part of the application process.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Incumbents are participants in a full-time company sponsored career development program. Assignments are structured to provide learning experiences that support the individual development of each employee.

    This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • For the SCFP Program, we require applicants to be a current Level 1, Level 2 or Level A, B, C, D in Supply Chain Job code/Organization and have at least 9 months experience at Boeing.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Typical Education/Experience: Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
