For our Guest Relations Supervisor position, we are seeking an individual who thrives on working with people and possesses exceptional "hospitality skills." Our focus goes beyond providing guests with a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Instead, we aim to create a memorable and distinctive experience.


As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will take the lead in delivering a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay.

Your role empowers you to move freely within your designated space, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed.

Whether addressing guest requests, processing operational needs, preparing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, you will seamlessly integrate transactions into the overall guest experience.

You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great organizational-, communication
- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you

  • Have or pursuing a degree in hospitality;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the Front Office and / or Guest Relations Department of an international hotel chain;
  • Have experience in customer service;
  • Can communicate fluently in Dutch and/or English, another language is of course a plus;
  • Are willing to work morning, evening (AM/PM), and weekend shifts;
  • Are proactive and reliable;
  • Are most of all: creative
