    Beschrijving

    Als Employee Facility ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de staat van het gehele bedrijfspand met alle facilitaire onderdelen die niet productie gebonden zijn en het buitenterrein. De Employee Facility draagt zorg voor het uitvoeren van eenvoudige reguliere onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden aan het gebouw en terrein. Tot je werkzaamheden behoren o.a. verven, kitten, het verhelpen van verstoppingen en lekkages. Reparaties aan wanden, plafonds, vloeren en het dak. Daarnaast onderhoud en reparaties op het buitenterrein. Beheer van hang- en sluitwerk. Het betreft een functie in dagdienst.

    Wat vragen wij van jou?

    Je beschikt over een MBO opleiding op het gebied van facilitair medewerker, installatietechniek of een bouwtechnische opleiding aangevuld met enige werkervaring in dit vakgebied.

    Je bent nauwkeurig, flexibel en proactief en goed in staat zelfstandig te werken. Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
