    • Senior Engineer Powertrain (application software)
    • We are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in powertrain with excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities.

    • Your role:
    • As a Senior Engineer Powertrain, you will oversee a sub-domain within the Powertrain area in the Software Architecture group at DAF Embedded Engineering.
    • Your responsibilities involve handling engine functionalities, sensor/actuator processing, engine brake, and more.
    • You will create architecture in your area of expertise and collaborate with the team on software implementation.

    • Functie-eisen
    • Your qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on control theory, mechanical, or automotive engineering.
      • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the engine functional domain.
      • Knowledge of embedded software design and real-time systems.
      • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
      • Proficient in English, with a willingness to learn Dutch.

    • The following are nice-to-have:
    • Experience with model-based design, agile methodologies, diagnostics, and automotive safety standards.
    Arbeidsvoorwaarden
    • Contract through Yacht for a minimum of 1 year following DAF Trucks' salary chart.
    • Salary ranges from €3.400 to €4.900 per month based on degree and experience.
    • Additional benefits include a home office budget and an annual course development budget.
