As a Senior Paralegal you work closely with our Compliance Director, supporting on drafting and implementing legal documentation. Sees to the diligent archiving of high profile documentation. Understands managing sensitive matters and dealing with senior stakeholders. If you are a punctual and resilient person with a passion for legal, then this is your job

In a small, dynamic and international team you will manage a broad range of activities such as:

· Researches legal issues, identifying relevant authorities, analyzing and summarizing findings.

· Drafts and reviews documents (contracts, agreements, structure etc.) ensuring compliance.

· Manages projects, coordinates activities, monitoring timely and correct follow up.

· Provides hands on support to colleagues on legal matters, foresees in guidance and training.

· Develops and implements processes and procedures for research and document management.

· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.

About you

Knowhow

· Master degree in the legal profession

· 8 years+ experience in a comparable role driving Digital Programs in an international setting.

· Advanced knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.

· Proficiency in legal research tools.

· Deep understanding of driving and archiving legal and sensitive documentation.

Skills

· Excellent (legal) communication skills both verbally and written.

· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and dealing with pressure.

· A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
