A Biotech Associate I executes manufacturing (cell- and tissue culturing) of cell therapy products and setting up and monitoring machines and equipment in accordance with Lonza procedures in a GMP cleanroom environment, under supervision of Biotech Associate II or Senior Biotech Associate. These activities include but are not limited to: preparation activities; process pre-checks; manufacturing aseptic process manipulations; operating cell processing systems (i.e. cell sorter, media preparation); cleaning and disinfection activities.

Working in shifts is required for this role. Shift model can vary based on project need.

Technical/vocational degree (MBO4 / HBO) in the Field of pharma/Biotech/Lab

Related experience 0 - 4 years

English language skills, verbal & written
