DFS, the industry's 1st end -to-end fueling solution, provides advanced fuel dispensing equipment, including systems and payment, automatic tank gauging and wet stock-management solutions.

The Customer Sales Support Assistant will contribute to the DFS process to enable the success of our commercial partners and distributors through world class leading customer support.

In this role, the Support Specialist will build and maintain strong business relationships with our large customer base, manage orders received into the factory ensuring our internal and external customers' expectations are met efficiently and to the highest standards throughout this process to final delivery.

Liaise with planning and production to achieve the best possible delivery dates for our customers;
Check progress of orders in production and advise customer of any ship date changes;
Support customers or internal stakeholders with any enquiries;
Previous Sales OR Customer Support experience in a similar (production/ Manufacturing) environment;
Fluent in English & other main European language in both writing and speech (essential);
Team player, both internal and external.;
Capable of working on own initiative and proactively as part of a team
