    We have an opportunity as Key Account Manager Superunie in our retail sales team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz The KAM position is part of the Benelux Business Unit, passionate about nurturing key customer accounts in the Netherlands. The KAM is working in a high-performance team, always trying to reach the next level, and reporting into the Customer Group Manager Superunie.

    Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and driven environment.
  • Deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Develop the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments), implement, track, and evaluate it.
  • Take ownership of and grow the business for your own customers; deliver committed sales, profit growth, & share.
  • Work closely together with cross-functional teams to identify and answer the business solutions.
  • Key Outputs

  • Suggest appropriate products and services according to customer needs. Respond to more complex customer enquiries.
  • Build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Find opportunities through your analytical skills e.g. Nielsen/IRI of GFK. Refer sales opportunities and customer feedback to the internal organization, so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Qualifications

    Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • At least a Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Strong problem solving abilities; eager to handle entrepreneurial challenges
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong project management skills; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and partner development skills
