    Sales Director required for a leading provider of quantum computing solutions.

    You will be responsible for spearheading the execution of the sales strategy, driving revenue growth through effective sales enablement strategies, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

    This role will be based in a global setting, with potential travel to industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

    Requirements
    • Minimum of 10 years of successful high-tech commercial leadership experience.
    • Deep understanding of B2B customer and market dynamics.
    • Proven expertise in strategic selling and negotiation techniques.
    • Strong influencing skills and effective leadership capabilities.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate collaboration and communication.
    • Proficiency in planning and streamlining sales processes for optimal efficiency and productivity.
    • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, utilising CRM software for business management (preferred).
    • Optional but beneficial certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP), Miller Heiman Group Strategic Selling Certification, Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) Certification, Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP).
    • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
