Wat ga je doen
Als Business-controller zorg jij voor overzicht en inzicht Je bent in staat om data te vertalen naar managementinformatie. Hiermee draag je bij aan het concretiseren van strategie en beleid. Je inventariseert de risico's, signaleert trends en zet deze om naar adviezen voor het management. Je bouwt en onderhoudt netwerken binnen de gemeente en met partners daarbuiten, waaronder andere controllers. Je werkt bedrijfsvoering breed, waarbij je waar nodig initiatief neemt om de andere bedrijfsvoerings-disciplines tijdig te betrekken, zoals financiën en gegevensmanagement. Je houdt ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied scherp in de gaten en neemt jouw collega's mee in de kennisdeling en ontwikkeling in het vakgebied. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de (door-)ontwikkeling van Business-control binnen de gemeente Roerdalen.
Functie-eisen
Je voelt je thuis in een organisatie met korte lijnen en een collegiale sfeer. Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je in staat om uitkomsten van analyses duidelijk te vertalen en trends te signaleren. Je kunt verbanden leggen tussen ontwikkelingen op verschillende beleidsterreinen en de impact hiervan op gestelde doelen. Je bent verbindend en wilt graag gezamenlijke resultaten behalen.

Wij dragen graag bij aan het geluk van onze inwoners. Dit lukt alleen als medewerkers zelf ook gelukkig zijn met hun werk. Plezier, voldoening en zinvol werk dragen hieraan bij. Er is in onze organisatie veel ruimte en vertrouwen om zaken zelf op te pakken, thuiswerken is dan ook mogelijk tot een maximum van 40%. Het aantal uur is ook bespreekbaar tussen 24-36 uur.
