Job description:
- Plan and Coordinate Branding and Marketing Events:
- Execute plans for promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Plan & Coordinate Shoots:
- Organize and manage photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
- Communication and briefings with photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate Branding Activations:
- Ordering campaign items
- Coordination with all stakeholders for visibility of campaign items in the studios
- Maintain an UptoDate and Flawless Website & App:
- Oversee the regular updating and maintenance of the company website and app.
- Be in close contact with the web developers to fix any occurring problems and bugs.
- Account Manager Corporate Sales:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients.
- Drive active sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate Creative Requests Between Marketing & Other Departments:
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of creative projects across the organization
Your qualifications:
- Assertive:
- Confident in decisionmaking and communication.
- Capable of driving initiatives and projects forward.
- Social:
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable networking and representing the company at events.
- Fluent in English:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail:
- Precise in ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing materials.
- Able to spot and correct errors effectively.
