- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, encompassing both container and road transport.
- Direct and maintain communication with carriers, forwarders, shipping companies, and warehouses.
- Foster close collaboration with traders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare outgoing invoices and handle incoming invoices efficiently.
- Verify and review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle the processing of letters of credit and documentary collections.
- Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) level and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Incoterms and familiarity with customs and freight documentation.
- Excellent command of both English and Dutch languages, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated accuracy and precision with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team efforts, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
- Exhibits a high level of responsibility and accountability.
