We are looking for a talented Supervisor F&B to take charge of the entire Food & Beverage department at our dynamic hotel.

What will you be doing?
- Optimizing the F&B operation
- Managing the Food & Beverage department
- Achieving goals in terms of procurement, labor productivity, and HACCP standards
- Ensuring efficient work processes and financial control without compromising quality
- Liaising with suppliers
- Resolving recurring issues or challenges
- Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager
