    We are Hiring: HR Officer

    At our central HR department, located in Maarheeze, there is an opportunity to join as an HR Officer. If you are looking for the next step in your HR career and have a process-oriented and detail-oriented mindset, keep reading.


    What will you do?

    You will be part of a dedicated, ambitious, and dynamic HR team. As an HR Services Officer within this team, you are someone who works meticulously and precisely. In the first year, there is a central project from the international Refresco headquarters organization that will occupy most of your week. You will extract reports from our HR systems, including the payroll system. You will also establish process flows and adjust them based on the most practical and service-oriented approach. Your analytical skills enable you to identify patterns and structures, always thinking a few steps ahead.


    With your keen eye for detail, you will perform checks on employee data, such as Excel lists and organizational charts. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is advantageous as many HR meetings are conducted in English.


    As an HR Officer, your general HR knowledge will be valuable in this role. Besides being responsible for the project, you will also handle HR-related tasks. These include administrative duties like monthly payroll changes, filling in template letters, and following up on them to support your HR service colleagues during quieter project periods.


    Who are we looking for?

    In the role of HR Officer, we are seeking someone who identifies with the following qualities:

    • You have a completed HBO degree in HRM, Finance, Supply Chain, or Commercial.
    • You have general knowledge of HR processes such as:
      • Onboarding/employment
      • Monthly payroll and changes
      • Performance Cycle (goals and performance reviews)
    • You have acquired system knowledge with an HRIS system and a payroll system.
    • You have a passion for Excel and Powerpoint; creating tables and graphics is second nature to you.
    • You are meticulous, work in a structured manner, and have a service-oriented mindset.

    • A position of 28 to 32 hours per week;

    • An attractive salary ranging from € 3,200 to € 3,800 gross per month (based on 40 hours);

    • A pivotal role within a growing dynamic organization where you can advance in various HR positions;

    • 3% year-end bonus, up to 8% bonus, and holiday pay;

    • Refresco covers 2/3 of your pension premium and provides a contribution to health costs.
