Introduction:

Toluna's Product Value Team plays a critical role in building and delivering value to Toluna and its clients through the discovery, development, and deployment of technology (e.g., software, algorithms, systems). The Product Value Manager, will be responsible for the Analytics and Insights area of our platform ecosystem, and would be focused on identifying client needs, assessing the business value of meeting those needs, coordinating the prioritization of resources, translating user needs into business requirements, and coordinating in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders the development and launch of software, features, or solutions to achieve the expected value.

This person will report to Director of Product Value.

Responsibilities:

The Product Value Manager, Analytics and Insights, will:

• Maintain an ongoing understanding of client needs and indicators of client demand to fuel innovation and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Translate insights from data, user research, and competitive analysis into actionable recommendations for platform and business growth (e.g., usage, revenue, bookings).
• Stretch into areas such as client needs discovery, positioning and value propositions, user experience, and get involved in Go-To-Market and post launch activities and monitoring.
• Keep an AI first mindset by identifying opportunities where AI can add value, automation, or efficiency for clients or internal teams.
• Ensure AI adoption considerations are embedded into product planning and value assessments.
• Collaborate across organization with marketing, sales, operational, insights & innovation stakeholders to make sure new tech value matches the needs, resonates well within the market and within the organization.
• Closely interact and collaborate with R&D to deliver high value tech, on-time per commitments to the business
• Familiarity with data visualization, analytics workflows, and insights automation (nice to have).

Your profile:

• 3+ years in product management, business development, or client facing roles
• 3+ years leveraging technology in a research and insights setting
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.Sc.) or equivalent in a relevant field such as social science, math, computer science, or others (nice to have, but not mandatory)
• Advanced understanding of the software & product development cycle as applied to research and insights
• Familiarity with data analysis flows, concepts and best practices, preferably (but not a must) in Market Research industry
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in simpler terms to a broad range of audiences, including clients and internal colleagues
• A demonstrated aptitude for change management and stakeholder alignment
• A demonstrated track record of making tradeoffs in an environment of finite resources
• Able to solve problems creatively and independently
• Awareness of AI's role in product development, cost structures, and insights generation
• Strong English language skills
• Willingness to work in a diverse global environment
