    We currently looking for a Principal Scientist Data Analytics and Statistics to join our Global Science & Technology Department.

    Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the team with (advanced) statistical techniques, including (process) modelling, Design of Experiments, data analyses, Bayesian statistics, Multivariate Techniques, analytical method validation (incl. Brazil)
  • Provides coaching and team training to increase the level of statistical expertise. Participates in troubleshooting of product failures and recommendation of remediation direction. Participates in technical effort and/or documents update where required for regulatory agencies.
  • Review and write technical development and justification reports
  • Represents Science & Technology (S&T) in the world of science/regulatory and governmental agencies and to other companies.
  • Key competences:

  • Proficient in SAS, R, Python, Cloud computing
  • Good communication skills, strong ability to translate scientific questions and business requirements into a statistical framework
  • Strong reporting skills, including, presentation and reports
  • Minimum Education/Experience:

  • MSc. / PhD in Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in an industrial/R&D environment working on non-clinical, CMC statistics (Food, Pharma, engineering)
