    TMS Consultant

    Do you have expertise in Transport Management Systems (TMS), particularly in configuration, support, and carrier onboarding?

    Our client is seeking a skilled TMS Consultant to join their team.

    You will be part of a leading logistics service provider specializing in advanced technology solutions for the chemical sector, with a global presence and a strong reputation in transport management and international freight forwarding.

    What Will You Do?

    As a TMS Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of TMS solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Configuring and customizing TMS based on client needs.
    • Providing comprehensive TMS support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Leading carrier onboarding and ensuring smooth integration with the TMS.
    • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of TMS solutions.
    • Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they can effectively use the TMS.
    • Documenting TMS configurations, processes, and client interactions for future reference.

    What Do You Bring?

    Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TMS configuration and support, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    The requirements are as follows:

    • At least 3 years of experience in TMS configuration, support, or carrier onboarding.
    • Strong knowledge of Transport Management Systems and related technologies.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
    • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    What Do We Offer?
