Opstellen van Databeheerplan en implemenatieplan. In dit plan is beschreven hoe de ILT nu en in de toekomst haar databeheer moet vormgeven. Dit zowel op procesmatig gebied als op de manier waarop het dataecosysteem moet worden ingericht.
Momenteel is de ILT druk bezig om haar informatiepositie te verstevigen. Tot nu toe is er veel aandacht geweest voor bronontsluiting maar minder op een strategisch plan voor het efficient beheer van de data en haar ontsluitingen. De persoon die wij zoeken heeft brede kennis rond het databeheerproces. Van inhoudelijke keuzes op het gebied van platformen tot de link met datakwaliteit tot het een voorstel rond de processen. Het is belangrijk dat de verschillende specialisaties die hieraan mee moeten werken worden meegenomen waardoor er draagvlak voor de oplossing bestaat.
We zoeken dus ook echt een verbinder. Het databeheerplan en een implemenatieplan (incl planning) zijn de producten van de opdracht.
