- Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings across the region
- Perform daily checks around the hotel
- Ensure operating and test fire alarm systems, sprinkler installations, electrical, plumbing and mechanical are working properly
- Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customer
- Managing requests promptly, effectively, respectfully and with a caring attitude
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
- Implement and direct all emergency programs
- Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or a similar setting
- Good understanding of plantroom equipment for example, HVAC systems, Fire alarm, and sprinkler installations
- Previous experience with BMS - PRIVA is preferrable
- Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience is desired
- You have a good understanding of different types of building materials.
