    Job Content:
    • As an Industrial Prep Worker responsible for following up on planned work after breakdowns
    • Where Maintenance Technicians take the initial action, you ensure that real solutions are implemented
    • As an Industrial Prep Worker, you drive the short-term improvement cycle and coordinate activities with the Maintenance Engineer who drives the long-term improvement cycle
    • Your work area covers multiple locations
    • You plan and provide necessary work orders to in-house Technicians and third parties, oversee execution, and evaluate results
    • Subsequently, you handle the work (administratively)
    Requirements:
    • An HBO or WO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Mechatronics, or similar
    • You have several years of relevant work experience in a technical production environment
    • As an Industrial Prep Worker, you have knowledge of and experience with maintenance management systems
    • Knowledge and experience with methodologies for continuous process improvement and change management (WCM, Lean, TCPM, Kaizen, IWS)
    • As an Industrial Prep Worker, you have strong analytical skills
    • Good social and communication skills
    • Fluent Dutch language proficiency is a must, with English language proficiency as a valuable addition
    What we offer:
    • A gross basic salary of € 4,539 per month based on knowledge and experience
    • 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days, and 8% holiday pay
