    For our Customer Satisfaction & Quality division, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer - Manufacturing (M/W) who works for the region of Netherlands, reporting to our office in Helmond.

    Your meaningful purpose

    Take any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.

    What will you do?
    • Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement
    • Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive
    • Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer
    • Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
    • Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
    • Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
    • Manage derogations
    • Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
    • Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
    • Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines
    • Be the local expert of the assembled products in the sector
    What qualifications will make you successful?
    • Fluent in English
    • Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledgeable in quality improvement tools, techniques & models
    • Knowledgeable in statistical quality techniques and analysis
    • Digital acumen
