THE POSITION


As a Breakfast Supervisor in the Food and Beverage department at Hotel Nassau Breda, your focus is on delivering a positive dining experience.

Team collaboration and providing excellent customer service are crucial aspects of your role in ensuring guest satisfaction at the hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure seamless breakfast operations, maintaining impeccable standards from setup to cleanup.
  • Lead and inspire breakfast staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations for a memorable dining experience.
  • Efficiently manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Assist in providing ongoing training and support to enhance team performance.
  • Work seamlessly with other departments to optimize operations.
