    Responsibilities

  • Filling in, review and sign customer specifications, questionnaires and quality agreements for European produced products (proteins, lecithin and blends of proteins)
  • Coordinating questionnaires send in by European customers for India products in order to be filled in by the local factory
  • Coordinating shared inbox for Regulatory/Customer-Quality requests
  • Maintaining of standardized product specifications and additional documents in agreement with production, quality assurance and sales and in line with legal provisions and company standards
  • Handling of the incoming customer requests on all technical product information by coordinating the request with the applicable internal department (Quality Assurance, Production sites etc.) and providing the technical supporting documents
  • Interactions with customers on their specific product request
  • Integral part between Operations, Production sites, Sales, Quality Assurance and customers
  • Updating/ monitoring European document SharePoint site
  • Supporting different key stakeholders on the evaluation of new projects (e.g. innovations)
  • Providing regulatory opinions and guidelines on compliance to different stakeholders
  • Your profile

  • Food engineer, State-certified food chemist, ecotrophologist/nutritionist or similar field of study with in-depth knowledge of food law
  • Professional experience in the legal evaluation of food (e.g. proteins, lecithin and blends of proteins) in an international company
  • Experienced with MS-Office and Salesforce skills would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills desirable
  • High sense of responsibility, independent working style, reliability, team spirit and very good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and solution-oriented way of working
