- In this role you will act as a senior controller interacting with controllers as well with business counterparts and external suppliers for the sector Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
- You will coordinate & execute periodical planning and performance management cycles.
- You will drive adoption of insight based, high quality decision making throughout ASML.
- Partnering with the business and drive optimal supplier decision making.
- Driving optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.
- Management reporting & analysis
- Driving the Sourcing community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases
- Driving purchasing conditions, reviewing Supplier contracts and validating purchase requisitions
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.
- You have > 8 years relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
- Experience with working in a matrix organization.
- Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.
- Hands-on mentality, result oriented, team player, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, proactive and communicative personality who can connect with all layers in a demanding and highly technology driven organization.
- Multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural understanding.

The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Business Insights & Control team. Within this department, we are looking for a (senior) controller for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. He or she reports to the team lead of the team and will interact with various departments in and outside of finance.
