Wat ga je doen?
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en onze gasten en voorziet hen van alle informatie die ze nodig hebben. Als Front Office Supervisor ben jij de rechterhand van de Front Desk Manager. Je stuurt jouw team aan en zorgt ervoor dat de shift goed verloopt. In wisseldiensten, voer jij alle deeltaken van de Front Office uit en zorg jij voor een uitstekende service en gastbeleving. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van de guest comments, review responding en de opvolging van IHG-actieplannen die betrekking hebben op onze dienstverlening aan de receptie. Geen dag is hetzelfde in ons hotel en dat is precies wat het werk zo leuk maakt Je geniet van het enthousiasme van de gasten en doet er alles aan om samen met jouw team hen van uitstekende service te voorzien. Want is je team blij, dan zijn je gasten dat ook.
Wie zijn wij?
Het 4**** Holiday Inn – Eindhoven Centre ligt slechts op een paar minuten lopen van het centraal station. Het hotel met 207 kamers is een plek om te genieten en te ontspannen. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen en in een mum van tijd zijn gasten in het bruisende centrum, het PSV Stadion en Strijp-S met o.a. het imposante Philips Klokgebouw. Het All Day Dining Restaurant, Bar The Living en zalencomplex zijn onderdeel van het hotel. Holiday Inn is een merk van de internationale hotelketen IHG.
