    • Coordinate activities by planning, directing, and executing functional business activities, including receiving, order processing, materials management, administration, and cost control.
    • Monitor operations by overseeing the flow of work throughout the operation, investigating unusual delays and/or problem areas, and taking appropriate action to improve planning.
    • Manage warehouse operations proficiently, maintaining professional and technical knowledge of all departmental processes and procedures to ensure staff members follow standard operating procedures.
    • Develop, monitor, measure, and coach departments to increase warehouse operations efficiency and operational performance, focusing on quality and productivity.
    • Ensure appropriate inventory verification procedures are properly executed to maintain continued inventory accuracy.
    • Coordinate activities and ensure communication between departments and with customers, participating in and conducting a variety of meetings to coordinate business activities, control processes, and address problem areas.
    • Provide support to departmental staff by researching and resolving discrepancies, as well as recommending action plans to prevent recurrence.
    • Assure the availability of appropriate employee training and development programs for both new and existing employees, ensuring all staff are trained in internal processes, procedures, and compliance with safety and occupational guidelines.
    • Assure appropriate work schedules and staffing levels while reducing the incremental cost of utilizing overtime labor.
    • Review, monitor, and maintain the integrity of site reporting, including all operational checklists and site KPIs.
    • Recognize and reward individuals and/or departments for performance.
    • Recognize, provide coaching, and discipline substandard individual and/or department performance, adhering to local regulations for issuing warnings in accordance with local regualations
    • Ensure that good housekeeping and safe operating procedures are followed throughout the facility and in accordance to local regulations.Report, track, and challenge non-compliance including recommendations for correctiveaction.
    • Serve as a role model to drive a high performing operation and to promote Best Business practices in servicing ourcustomers.
