With current client demand increasing, we are looking to expand our ONE family with talented individuals - across Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden - who are self-driven, curious and want to drive their own day-to-day agenda in direct and close collaboration with our clients.

• You work with a smile on your face and demonstrate excess energy in front of clients
• You are curious to explore new approaches and work based on a try-it-out as opposed to rely on others to resolve challenges for you
• You want to be part of a team where we readily help each other in areas of our respective deep expertise.
• You hold an EU citizenship or have a resident permit for the Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden already.
• You are a resident of Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden (or at least within the EU and are willing to relocate to one of those 4 countries).
• Your English is excellent

You have deep hands-on SAP Native HANA, HANA Cloud modeling or similar SQL modeling experience from at least 5 full end-to-end delivery cycles, and overall, at least 5 years of in-depth BI back-end development experience (ideally SAP but can be other SQL platforms, Python programming knowledge is a bonus).

• Hybrid working is the standard, though the exact days vary by project. Some of our colleagues work fully remote, others 3 days in the office.
